Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Worldwide shipping is available via Royal Mail Services. All items are shipped and tracked via Royal Mail.
UK postage is 2nd class to keep postage costs as low as possible.
Please contact me prior to ordering if you need your order more urgently so I can arrange the appropriate postage.
All my products are made to order and I aim to make and dispatch items within 5-10 working days after purchase.
All orders are sent 2nd class delivery, unless otherwise requested.
All orders are sent tracked and a signature will be required upon delivery.
All sales are final. All precautions are taken to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
Returns will only be accepted should your order reach you in a less than perfect state and has been damaged in transit due to a packaging error on our part.
If there is an issue with your order please contact email@example.com with your order details and we will be touch as soon as possible to try and rectify the issue.
Refunds will only be processed for defective items after they have been returned to us.
Where orders have been returned due to non-collection; the buyer will be required to repay the shipping fee.
Please note that for returned purchases, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
