DELIVERY
Delivery costs are £4 but free when orders are over £20. Next day delivery is £6.95. Delivery is currently restricted to the UK only but worldwide shipments can be arranged via email to [email protected]. All items are shipped and tracked via Royal Mail.
UK postage is 2nd class to keep postage costs as low as possible.
If an order is required more urgently please send an email to [email protected] to enquire about possible arrangments that can be made.
DELIVERY TIMES
All products are made to order and aim to be produced and dispatched within 3-5 working days after purchase.
All orders are sent 2nd class delivery, unless otherwise requested.
All orders are sent tracked and a signature will be required upon delivery.
RETURNS
All sales are final. All precautions are taken to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
Returns will only be accepted should the order reach you in a less than perfect state and has been damaged in transit due to a packaging error on our part.
If there is an issue with your order please contact [email protected] with your order details and we will be touch as soon as possible to rectify the issue.
Refunds will only be processed for defective items after they have been returned to us in the original packaging and unused.
Where orders have been returned due to non-collection; the buyer will be required to repay the shipping fee.
Please note that for returned purchases, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
